I guess the problem is that if there was a need for 100 dollars of free booze, the market would have already taken care of it. Therefore, nobody wants free booze, and this intiative is doomed to fail.

How about... Why compare this High End, overnight train service with a commute rail service in NY?And, why is MADD even in the story? The promotion is only for Sleeper Car Trips.
