I break the long silence with a question...

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this article? I mean, really.

While were at it, if you're bored, read about Action Park. It's funny, in a sick sort of way. Perhaps there will be more later. Perhaps not. We'll see.

  • The Looping waterslide section of that Action Part is pure gold:

"In the mid-1980s GAR built an enclosed water slide, not unusual for that time, and indeed the park already had several. But for this one they decided to build, at the end, a complete vertical loop of the kind more commonly associated with roller coasters. Employees have reported they were offered hundred-dollar bills to test it. "It didn't buy enough booze to drown out the memory", said Fergus."

  • I guess the problem is that if there was a need for 100 dollars of free booze, the market would have already taken care of it. Therefore, nobody wants free booze, and this intiative is doomed to fail.

  • How about... Why compare this High End, overnight train service with a commute rail service in NY?

And, why is MADD even in the story? The promotion is only for Sleeper Car Trips.

  • Yup. What is MADD doing here? There's no driving here.
